European Golf Services recognises that the disciplines of quality, health and safety and environmental management are an integral part of its management function. The company views these as a primary responsibility and a key element of operating a good business.

European Golf Services is committed to meeting the requirements of its customers and to operating in compliance with industry standards, specifications and good practice.

All staff are responsible for the quality of work they undertake. They are accountable for their own performance and have the authority to ensure that quality requirements and business objectives are met in full. Performance targets are used to promote continual improvements and business excellence.

Clear objectives relating to quality performance shall be set to implement this policy and show our commitment to continual improvement. These objectives will be communicated to all staff and will include business objectives, project objectives and objectives for individuals.

Training shall be given so that staff are fully aware of their responsibilities for ensuring that all of our work will be completed to a high standard.
